“Already Logged to another portal. Kindly close all the tabs and try again” First we know why this error comes.
When you log in to UTI PSA id and do not “logout” it, close the proven browser, then we get to see this error.
Now we know what is the solution to this-
(1) You wait 10 minutes and try after 10 minutes, the id will be open.
(2) Copy the link given below and paste it in the same browser, your id will be open.

जब आप UTI PSA id को लॉग इन कर उसे “logout” नही करते है सिद्ध browser को बंद कर देते है तो यह error हमें देख ने को मिलता है
अब हम जानते है की इस का क्या समाधान है
(1) आप 10 मिनट प्रतीक्षा करें और 10 मिनट बाद प्रयास करें, id खुल जाएगी
(2) निचे दिए गए लिंक को कोपी करे और उसी browser में पेस्ट कर दे आपका id open हो जायेगा
